For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus to give a total balance of ৳2,000, and the bonus amount requires ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagering. Depositing ৳30,200 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, which requires ৳15,000 × 20 = ৳3,00,000 in wagering.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from a bonus only become withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

5.2 Other Promotions

dhk game runs special promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and eligibility criteria. Every offer, from weekly dhk game rewards to cricket festival bonuses, is governed by its own separately defined terms.

• A single promotion cannot be claimed on multiple accounts at the same time

Cashback is also treated as a bonus and applicable wagering requirements apply.

6 Game Rules

Each game and betting option available on dhk game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to learn them before playing. The game provider's rules apply to casino games, and event-based rules apply to sports betting.

If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded. dhk game is not liable for any loss suffered by a user due to internet disconnection.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to meet wagering requirements artificially to obtain bonus benefits

8 Account Suspension and Closure

dhk game reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. In particular, if a user breaches any clause of these terms, immediate action will be taken.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, any active bonuses will be cancelled to release remaining funds, and the wagering count will not restart from zero.

9 Limitation of Liability
