VIP Level Summary
The dhk game VIP program has five levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level has a different weekly cashback rate, and the higher the level, the greater the benefits.
Playing slot games at dhk game as well as participating in Live Casino, Fishing, and Sports all count toward your VIP activity. Your level may change over time.
The cashback for each level is calculated on that week's net losses — meaning a fixed percentage of the amount remaining after total winnings are subtracted from total losses is returned to your account.
How Weekly Cashback Works
Each week, your net loss is what remains after subtracting your total winnings from your total losses. A fixed percentage of that net loss is credited to your account as cashback, based on your VIP level.
You do not need to do anything separately to receive cashback — it is added to your account automatically at the end of the week. However, this is not a guaranteed income — it only applies in weeks where you have a net loss.
Calculation Example
A Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week:
৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. This is the maximum amount for that week at the Gold level.

The Path to Moving Up Levels
Consistent Participation Is the Key
Level progression in dhk game VIP depends entirely on your consistent activity. The longer you remain active, the faster your level changes.
Starting from Bronze, it is possible to move to Silver, Gold, and beyond by playing continuously. At dhk game Casino, all types of games — slots, live tables, and fishing — count toward your VIP activity.
Levels do not only go up — they can also change if your activity drops. Those who stay regularly active are the ones who remain stable at higher levels. Reaching Platinum or Diamond requires long-term consistent activity.
Keep in mind, there is no specific deposit amount or turnover requirement — consistent play is what moves you up.
Special Benefits for VIP Members
Priority Support
VIP members receive 24/7 live chat and email support in both Bengali and English. Members at higher levels get faster responses to their queries.
Exclusive Promotions
VIP members receive access to special offers and promotions at certain times that are not available to regular members.
Faster Withdrawals
Withdrawals are typically completed within 10–45 minutes. The process runs more smoothly for members at higher VIP levels.
Special Events
During cricket season or major events, VIP members are eligible for separate challenges and rewards.
More Benefits at Every Higher Level
The main draw of the dhk game VIP program is the addition of new benefits at each level. Cashback starts from the Bronze level, but reaching Diamond significantly expands the range of benefits.
VIP membership is especially useful for those interested in cricket betting, as the chance of receiving special offers during big matches is higher.

More Play for More Cashback Is Not the Right Approach
VIP cashback is a benefit — it is not a way to recover losses. Betting beyond your budget in hopes of earning more cashback is not a wise decision. Remember, cashback is always just a small portion of your net loss.
Playing at dhk game is for enjoyment — not as a source of income. Set a budget based on what you can afford and play within that limit. Moving up VIP levels is a slow, consistent process — there is no need to rush.
